One of the fastest growing full service supply and installation companies in the SW Ontario construction marketplace is hiring a General Manager of Construction.

High-level:

The General Manager will run the day to day operations of the supply and impeccable installation of all finishing products in multiple high-rise buildings and oversee the exponentially growing construction labour company.

Profile

10+ years of experience in leading major construction projects.
Extensive practice in areas of construction management, construction practices, QA of subtrades, and developing team member.
Schedule and coordinate trades and material deliveries
Knowledge of construction and business software, including scheduling, estimating, and spreadsheets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and followup and carry multiple projects through to completion.
Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within and outside the organization.
