Hours:
Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week

Accounts Receivable/Billing CoordinatorFunctions/Responsibilities:


  • Daily invoicing including; reconciliation, sending invoicing prelists for approval, and creating and issuing invoices to customers
  • Overseeing collection of outstanding accounts receivable including; calling customers to follow up on overdue amounts, preparing and sending monthly customer statements, processing credit card payments from customers, liaising with legal team to collect on overdue accounts
  • Preparing and distributing an aged accounts receivable report on a semimonthly basis for Sil Industrial Minerals, Yellowhead Aggregates and Sureway Trucking Inc. including comments pertaining to status of collection of overdue amounts.

Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a billing and/or collections role is required
  • Experience with Explorer Eclipse accounting software is an asset
  • Experience in the sand or aggregates industry is an asset
  • Experience with MS Excel is required; intermediate level (or higher) proficiency is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple demands concurrently
  • Occasional after hour or weekend work may be required
