On behalf of our client, Venor is looking for a Director of Finance.
The client is a well-established organization with a diverse portfolio of companies from various industries.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Finance will provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing financial, capital planning, treasury management, and people management for the company's financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in finance or accounting with a CPA designation, plus at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience. Candidates with equivalent education and experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
