Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Autobody Parts Associate to efficiently handle the end-to-end process of receiving, organizing, and managing automotive parts inventory.

The role requires strong data entry skills, return processing expertise, and the ability to support technicians in locating parts.


Responsibilities:


Parts Management:


  • Receive and document parts using the management system.
  • Organize and maintain accurate liquid and dry goods inventory.

Returns and Credits:


  • Process returns with precision, ensuring proper documentation and crediting.
  • Manage returned parts to optimize inventory and supplier relationships.

Inventory Oversight:


  • Manage liquid and dry goods inventory levels.
  • Implement strategies for inventory optimization and waste reduction.

Technician Support:


  • Assist technicians in locating and obtaining necessary parts.
  • Collaborate with production to meet project deadlines.

Order Tracking:


  • Follow up on outstanding parts orders for timely delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of three years in automotive parts management.
  • Proficient in data entry and management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
