Position Summary:

The Manager of Montreal Expansion and Property Operations for Guestilo will spearhead our strategic expansion into the Montreal market while simultaneously overseeing the daily operations of existing properties.

This role demands a proactive individual with a strategic vision, adept leadership skills, and a proven background in expansion initiatives and property management.


Key Responsibilities:


Expansion Strategy and Execution:


  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive expansion plan tailored for the Montreal market, aligning with Guestilo's overall objectives.
  • Identify potential properties, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships in collaboration with the acquisition team.
  • Conduct indepth market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate competition to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to devise targeted campaigns and establish Guestilo's brand presence in Montreal.

Property Operations Management:


  • Supervise the daytoday operations of existing Guestilo properties in Montreal, ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead property staff, overseeing hiring processes, training programs, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement property enhancement plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Relationship Management:


  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with property owners, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between Guestilo and property owners, facilitating effective communication and resolution of operational issues.
  • Collaborate across various departments to synchronize strategies and drive operational excellence.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on expansion progress, property performance, and market insights for senior management review.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize expansion and operational strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in property management, real estate acquisitions, and expansion strategies, preferably in the hospitality or shortterm rental industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of analyzing data, making informed decisions, and adapting to market changes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and analysis.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
