We're looking for a highly talented and motivated security engineer to help us change the way the world works within our vulnerability management program.

The Security analyst will share a passion for engineering solutions to complex security problems.

We are looking for a practitioner who will help drive adoption of security best practices and help with Vulnerability Management.

The role involves designing, building, and supporting the vulnerability management services.

As a Vulnerability Management Analyst, you will:

  • Own and drive the Vulnerability Management strategy for Alludo.
  • Support and deliver the short and long term strategy for effective vulnerability management.
  • Evaluate, rate and perform risk assessments on all assets.
  • Drive actionable metrics, prioritization and reporting for operations and leadership transparency.
  • Experience with vulnerability and patch assessment.
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux patching.
  • Analysis of known and emerging threats to determine risks.
  • Participate collecting, assessing, and cataloging threat indicators.
  • Assist with the creation and/or maintenance of operational security metrics with dashboards and reports.
  • Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards.
  • Assurance that Alludo assets are effectively managed and monitored to meet security criteria.
  • An escalation point for helpdesk and departments.
  • Build strong partnerships with technical teams to promote best practices for managing vulnerabilities.
  • Promote awareness of applicable security policies and standards.

What You bring to the table:

  • 5 years' technical experience.
  • Advanced experience with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 and/or other testing tools.
  • Experience working with cloud environments.
  • Understanding of common operating systems, networking protocols, and databases.
  • Experience with scripting a plus.
