Job description:

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Information Systems and Digital
team in
Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as a
Pharmaceutical - Business Analyst

Your main responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and execute hardware deployments across multiple sites, ensuring readiness and effective communication to support users during transitions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive deployment plans covering hardware requirements, procurement, setup, and cutover activities.
  • Establish and maintain hardware standards, ensuring global qualification and providing installation guidelines.
  • Manage system readiness topics and deliverables, acting as a single point of contact for ASPIRE hardware readiness.
  • Identify, resolve, and mitigate deployment risks and issues, while continually seeking improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize project processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor or University degree in informatics, engineering or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in projects, programs and initiatives to implement IT projects
  • Knowledge of IT, automation, operations and quality business processes
  • Experience in software/hardware/ device solution deployment management across multiple facilities
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
