Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for Production Supervisor to join our team.


Your daily life:


  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for resource management for the production sectors. You will also be responsible for the planning of all production operations so that production meets quality standards and delivery times.

In this role, you will:


  • Supervise the work of the teams under his/her supervision;
  • Work to achieve the various objectives determined by the performance indicators;
  • Plan training according to operational needs. Ensure that the assembler training log is updated on a regular basis;
  • Ensure that the teams under his/her supervision have the tools, accessories, components, etc. necessary for the proper functioning of their operations;
  • Authorize absences and vacations for each employee under his/her supervision;
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct appraisal meetings at regular intervals according to the performance appraisal process in place;
  • With the help of team leaders, continuously assess the volume of work and ensure that issues related to this volume are communicated. (Delay, change of lead time);
  • Participate in the establishment of departmental objectives and create, document and implement process improvements aimed at improving the productivity and profitability of the service;
  • Ensure that all products manufactured, assembled and shipped meet customer deadlines and quality requirements;
  • Work in collaboration with the methods team to ensure that all manufacturing and assembly processes are up to date;
  • Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes as required;
  • Collaborate with the R&D and methods team to support new products during production transfer;
  • Contact person for productionrelated questions.

What We're Looking For:


  • AEC in electronics or a related discipline;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in personnel management;
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes;
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Good resistance to stress and pressure in a manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to establish and manage the priorities of a team of assemblers;
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
