About The Role:


Reporting to General Manager, the Account Coordinator provides support within the Winnipeg Commercial buildings team, by taking a pro-active approach to seeking new opportunities within the local and where necessary, Canada-wide markets.


While establishing your presence in the market and immersing yourself within the team, you will develop a strong understanding of Graham's business, best practices, which will provide knowledge when networking with Consultants, Colleagues, and other industry related professionals.


As an Account Coordinator at Graham, you will:

  • Compile reports with upcoming opportunities within the local and national markets
  • Attend, and take the lead with organizing attendance to various events including, but not limited to; trade shows, charity fundraisers and industry association events
  • Collaborate and support the pursuit teams as per Graham processes to ensure all materials are high quality and provide solid value of service
  • Be proactive in providing solutions or identifying challenges which may occur
  • Support the business by sharing recent findings to help best prepare the business when making decisions
  • Ensure client documents are downloaded (and updated regularly), and a copy is sent to all appropriate team members
  • Support the pursuit teams with the preparation of documentation to support client presentations, while working within the required timeframes
  • Support with internal business development meetings with the associated team where deliverables, strategies and responsibilities are discussed and agreed upon
  • Schedule review meetings as necessary
  • Support development of presentations, ebulletins, and other internal and external communications and documentation
  • Complete tasks within appropriate timelines
  • Ensure all information is accurate
  • Support the business development process in accordance with internal processes
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders, ensuring they understand the requirements and holding them accountable for following the correct processes.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to participate in a team environment and help others on the team
  • Know the needs of the business unit and help others to understand
  • Manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained
  • Support with administrative aspect of marketing communications and social media marketing efforts

Education/ Experience:


  • Strong writing skills are a requirement, along with a keen eye for detail, as the role will involve creating and maintaining accurate reports
  • Construction and/or communications related education is considered an asset
  • Understanding of construction delivery methods would be an asset
  • This role is primarily officebased, though mínimal travel may be required
