What you'll do:

Eaton Electrical is currently seeking a Marketing Intern - Switching Devices & Power Management Products (4-month), to join our Marketing team for the summer term This position is based at our Burlington, ON facility.

Primary Function:

The primary functions of the position are to create, support, and implement the value propositions to generate demand and support the marketing of Eaton' s Switching devices and Power Management Products in Burlington, Ontario.

Essential Functions:

Assist in creation & launch of commercial catalogs such as safety switches, power factor, surge, metering devices, sales aides, other information documents.
Provide marketing support for digital marketing content in support of new product launches.
Provide system support & maintenance on ERP and pricing systems (Oracle, Global Vista, CPA, Product development hub, Bid manager, QlikView).
Document standard work processes for Switching devices team.
Provide product support to our customer service team.
Provide report summaries as needed for sales and price performance.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or College diploma program in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with an accredited institution.
Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.
This position does not offer relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community.
