Who you are

Highly organized, you love managing a well-run office and playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive demeanour to everything you do.

As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be involved in the leasing and marketing of our commercial real estate properties from start to finish.

From crafting correspondence and preparing marketing packages, to showing our properties and participating in negotiations and meeting, you'll learn about our sales process and have the opportunities to share your ideas for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

At least 2 years of business or office experience.
Real Estate License is considered an assetBonus skills and experience
Previous commercial real estate experience is helpful.
Experience in a frontoffice customer service role
