Who you areYou have experience working in a professional services environment and now, you're ready to learn and do more. You're interested in building your career in commercial real estate, supporting a diverse team of property management professionals.
You will be the go-to person for coordinating and managing corporate initiatives for the team, you enjoy working with contracts, organizing and supervising documents, and providing administrative support including event management, onboarding new team members, preparing confidential personnel forms, and managing travel for executives.
You take a positive approach to your work and enjoy learning and contributing new insights and solutions. You excel at building strong relationships with internal partners and managing their expectations. You have a keen eye for detail, have superior interpersonal skills and can prioritize competing tasks and deadlines.
What you bring- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar role, including administration experience.- Strong analytical skills; ability to disseminate sophisticated information.- Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Bonus skills and experience Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.- Experience working in the real estate industry and/or property management is considered an asset.
What success looks like- You are the go-to person within the team and you develop strong working relationships with employees and team members at all levels within the organization.- You anticipate needs of the leadership team and proactively develop solutions.
