Your Role and Responsibilities

_ Job Purpose:
_

The Recruitment Specialist will provide support to Corporate by compiling, maintaining and processing information relating to all Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits and other Human Resources functions.

_Responsibilities:
_

Create and post internal and external Job Postings
Responsible for updating and record keeping of all Job Descriptions
Create reports as needed
Maintain absolute confidentiality and advise Human Resources on important issues
Assist with projects and updating systems

- data entry

Continuous professional development
Other relevant duties

_ Key Requirements:
_

Grade 12, GED, or equivalent
Human Resources certificate and/or CHRP designation or in progress
Two years of recruitment experience
Knowledge of current employment legislation and labour relations
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
Proven organizational skills
