Work Location:

This role is eligible for hybrid - this means you'll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office, on a scheduled rotation once probation requirements have been met.

Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.


The Auto Fund Insurance Program Support provides administrative support to the department and supports the administration of the Safe Driver Recognition, Business Recognition, and Vehicles for Hire programs including answering inquiries related to department programs and procedures.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Administer aspects of the Safe Driver Recognition, Business Recognition and Vehicles for Hire programs.
  • Explain procedures concerning the programs, verbally and in writing.
  • Calculate the impact on loss experience for customers wishing to appeal or pay back claims.
Answer questions from internal or external customers based on departmental procedures.
Compose correspondence from general instructions and/or based on knowledge of departmental regulations and procedures.
Maintain standard file records; search for file documents using manual and/or automated systems. Open review, send, and distribute mail; maintain standard office supplies. Perform departmental receptionist functions.

Demonstrates that the Health, Safety and Emergency Management Policy is applied in area of responsibility for self and others.- TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Knowledge of driver programs. Knowledge of arithmetic calculations. Skill in using Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel).- EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS- One-year certificate from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency.
EXPERIENCE years' experience in a customer-facing administrative role.


Pay Range:
$47, $56,244.00
