We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dartmouth, NS.

Inside Sales Representative

The successful candidate will have customer service or sales experience in a related industry, be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, be an outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven person who has above average attention to detail. Will possess excellent communication skills and are committed to providing leading-edge customer service. Knowledge of MRO industrial & safety products would be considered an asset. Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
Providing coverage in the store front as required
