We are looking for a
Retail Remarketing Associate to join our team. The Associate will deliver prompt, professional, courteous service to all our customers. The incumbent will also generate sales and manage inventories on the retail side of the business, answer all online activities and develop new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Monitor sales performance and contribute to sales and marketing strategies.
Provide prompt and professional customer service.
Enhance online product listings with full content, including images, videos, and manuals.
Manage inventory and restock virtual shelves as needed, adhering to established practices.
Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and maximize retention and growth.
Work on cloudbased software platform such as Channel Advisor for managing product listings, optimize advertising campaigns, and streamline inventory management across various online marketplaces.
Work closely with marketplace managers to submit deals and offers for sales events.
Monitor account health on all eCommerce platforms and take necessary action to maintain it.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in Business Administration/Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or eCommerce management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and social media strategies.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
