Description
contribute to day to day operations- assist sushi chefs in daily preparation activities
- check quality and freshness of all ingredients
- follow guidance and instruction from sushi chefs

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of experienced staff
- Help with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are properly measured and ready for use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Assist in serving meals and beverages to customers
- Support the kitchen staff with any additional tasks as needed
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure
