We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations and seek a talented Controller / Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in our economic management.

As the Controller / CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and operations.

You will play a key role in strategic decision-making and financial planning, working closely with ownership and senior management to drive the company's success.


_Key Responsibilities_:


  • Oversee all aspects of the organization's financial function. Including managing budgets, monitoring cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
  • Work closely with senior management and ownership to ensure financial plans and strategies align with the organization's goals.
  • Evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities that could impact the organization.
  • Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, advising management on potential impacts and opportunities.

_Qualifications:
_


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in accounting or finance roles, with at least 35 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
