Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Checkin and checkout guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
Manage reservations and room assignments effectively
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and transactions
Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure highquality service delivery

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Multilingual skills are a plus
