Description:
The role of the Receptionist is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining all functions of the front office, greeting visitors; answering incoming calls/messages and directing callers to appropriate members; receiving incoming couriers; and filing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warm and effective communications skills both oral and written
- Must possess strong computer skills
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems and computers
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Maintain presentable reception area
- File and maintain front office
- Maintain office supply inventory by anticipating supplies needs, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain and provide the monthly phone list
- Sort all incoming mail for distribution
- Assist/back up personnel, as necessary
- Manage/coordinate/schedule calendars
- General office errands and support (pick up lunches, team meetings) and assistance with various administrative tasks and projects as required

- Must be mature and reliable
Experience required:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, E-Mail, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A polished telephone manner, exhibiting professionalism and courteousness
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
