eurOptimum is looking for highly skilled Project Manager. This position requires excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.

This person will manage day-to-day requirements on key accounts along with coordinating all phases of multiple projects on such accounts, from quotations and design recommendations to final installation, ensuring customer service standards are maintained and client's needs satisfied.


This role is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office; however, in the first few months the Project Manager will find themselves spending more time in the office where they will learn the most and receive hands-on training.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage full cycle project from inception to installation;
  • Manage high profile clients and projects;
  • Work within and take ownership of strict client guidelines;
  • Work independently and maintain strict timelines while complying with client guidelines;
  • Be process oriented and able to manage and organize a high volume of paperwork;
  • Cultivate longterm relationships with external and internal clients;
  • Update and maintain current processes and standards;
  • Keep management updated with ongoing projects, workflow practices and improvements, department and client concerns.

Experience:


  • 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator/Manager role coupled with a high level of Customer Service;
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a focus in Project Management, Interior Design or Architecture, is advantageous;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills you must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  • Strong practical knowledge, including an understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes, and various materials including acrylic, vinyl and metal;
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, scaling and measurement strongly preferred;
  • Exceptional customer service skills you must possess a positive and good attitude with the ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients, and vendors;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficient knowledge with a CRM system, preferably NetSuite;
  • Strong analytical ability, resourcefulness and problem solving skills;
  • Flexible attitude, ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.
