Job Summary

Accountabilities:


  • Answer phone calls (direct and through phone queue lines) and provide professional service to customers
  • Process orders and perform transactions within our online ordering system and ERP system ensuring customers' inquiries are met in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal DCM departments as required to resolve customer issues
  • Enter orders in FLEX (online ordering tool) and D36
  • Process returns and RSRs for credits
  • Generate and distribute reports as required for customers and Sales
  • Electronic filing in Sharepoint
  • Assist Sales and CX as required in administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Working proficiency in French required
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of D365 and FLEX Training is an asset
  • Customer service skills, resourceful, problem solving and listening skills
