Project estimator - Vancouver, BC, Canada - Graham

Description

Reporting to the Chief Estimator of our BC Buildings Group, our Intermediate Estimator will be responsible for leading high complexity project pursuits, as well as determining project scopes, accurate quantifying/costing, and managing deadlines.

Lead or participate in the bid close on projects.
# Develop scopes of work for subcontractors to provide budgeting assistance on medium-sized projects.
# Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders that reflect and support Graham core values.

4+ years of a combination of field and estimating experience; design-build experience and proficiency in a variety of general procurement methods is an asset.

Specific experience with estimating buildings construction projects.

Proficiency in the use of Graham software suite, MS Excel, scheduling software (Primavera preferred), quantification software (such as OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Agtek), and BIM modeling is an asset.
