Description
QUEST is recognized as a Canadian leader in the distribution and manufacturing of industrial products for critical fluid sealing processes.
The wide variety of sealing solutions provided by QUEST have been important tools for many industries including the Refining, Chemical Process, and Power Generation industries.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Sales Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional relationships with customers.
This individual will need to frequently use and maintain an adequate business knowledge regarding pricing, inventory, products, and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Accurately input and update orders, customer information, and relevant data into company CRM.
- Collaborate with Sr. Inside Sales Representative's to process and manage customer orders.
- Verify order details and ensure timely and accurate order entry.
- Maintain organized and uptodate documentation of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and input customer information obtained during sales interactions.
- Communicate effectively with the Sr. Inside Sales Representative's to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist in managing and organizing salesrelated documentation, performing administrative tasks as required.
- Support in processing customer orders, and/or vendor purchases and manufacturing requirements into our operating software promptly and accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries, price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations in a time sensitive manner.
- Participation in the oncall rotation.
- Other duties as required.
Key Qualifications Include:
- Postsecondary courses preferred.
- Industry and/or Sales experience is an asset.
- Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Self motivation drive to exceed targets, willingness to learn and grow.
Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
