    Established in 1974, Norcan is a complete hydraulic service and sales company with 8 branches throughout Western Canada.

    We service customers in a variety of industries:
    Marine, Forestry, Mining, Material Handling, Original Equipment Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Production facilities.

    We are in a growing industry with a diverse set of skills and abilities that are critical in the operation of industrial and mobile equipment throughout the country.

    Our Calgary branch is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position in the specialty field of hydraulics.

    The Inside Sales person is focused on providing customer service for a broad range of repair and part inquiries, over various industries such as Mining, Forestry, Municipal and Marine.

    *Ideally 2+ years experience within the hydraulics or similar technical industry

    • Knowledge of components and hydraulic systems used in industry and mobile equipment is an asset
    • Knowledge of distribution sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques are an asset
    • Must be computer literate with knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office programs
    *Respond to internal and external enquires via phone, e-mail, fax or in person

    • Work closely with outside sales team to ensure customer service excellence

    • Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm regular schedule
