Specific Accountabilities:

  • Academic planning for three semesters including identifying courses and section numbers required to meet enrollment projections, projecting faculty and support staff assignments
  • Assist in developing the annual budget, track changes to the budget, and complete forecast reports
  • Coordinate the delivery of general education courses including determining which courses are to be offered, staffing projections, and budget requirements
  • Complete research activity, gather and analyze data including preparation of reports
  • Create, modify, and store all program and department documentation for the School (i.e. program maps, curriculum change, program builds, program approvals)
  • Function as academic administrative assistant support in the absence of the AAA for the School

About the Position:


This is a regular part-time (RPT) support staff Bargaining Unit position reporting to the Dean of Business, English & Liberal Studies working 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $32.04.


Qualifications:

  • Office Administration plus a graduate diploma in a businessrelated field OR a 3yr university degree in a businessrelated field (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience in a middle/senior level administrative office environment
