    The Sales Executive will oversee the Commercial Tax opportunities pipeline, working closely with Account Executives and potential clients to arrange demos, engage in solution-based selling, negotiate terms/contracts, and see deals through to completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Sales Pipeline spanning 50+ client targets.
    • Execute continuous follow-ups with clients and AEs to schedule demos, craft proposals/ROI, engage in value discussions, and facilitate negotiations until deal closure.
    • Offer whitespace intel and aid in replenishing the pipeline.
    • Contribute to Marketing and Campaign efforts by providing insights on marketing material and campaigns to enhance success rates.

    Revenue aggregating to 7 billion was previously sourced from public information services and data business.

    Remote work model with minimal travel, capped at 10%.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Approximately 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
    • Experience in selling to commercial real estate, mortgage, FinTech, or commercial tax services is advantageous.
    • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Basic data and technical competencies.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
