- _ $5000 for all Landscape Construction Supervisors with a minimum of 5 years' experience._

Signing bonuses are payable following the successful completion of their 90-day probationary period.

Horizon Contracting Group is looking to add a full time Landscape Construction Supervisors to our Sea to Sky Construction Division with Immediate Start**- Complete jobs using and teaching others to use a variety of tools and equipment safely

Power Tools
Cutoff Saws
Tampers
Mobile Equipment including skidsteers and mini excavators
Determine and Setting Grades using benchmarks and laser level
Screeding sand for pavers
Laying base course for walls
Installing pavers on aggregate and pedestal systems
Managing crews of 2 or more and championing their training
Complete tasks within assigned deadlines and budgets
Participate in training events
Participate in safety training, completing paperwork and meetings
Be the leader on site excelling under pressure.

Hourly wage rate is dependent on experience, a salaried wage and company truck are provided upon successful completion of skillset review.
**The Sea-to-Sky division handles all of Horizon's jobs in the Sea-to-Sky region and provides assistance periodically in downtown Vancouver to our Lower Mainland Location.
