Description
Customer Support Representatives are the voice of Coinsquare to our end customers.

CSRs are there to listen, resolve customer inquiries and provide feedback to the rest of the business on issues that arise or improvements that need to be made.

They have a tremendous responsibility to turn every client interaction into a positive experience leading to repeat business and customer advocacy.


What you'll be doing

  • Verifies user account information and validates documentation.
  • Responsive to customer needs and acts with a sense of urgency in resolving customer issues of a recurring nature.
  • Educate and empower our customers to navigate our platform with ease.
  • Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel(s).
  • Contribute to the growth and continued development of the Client Success Team at Coinsquare by sharing knowledge and working on internal projects.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing personable, attentive customer support.
  • Collaborates with the Compliance team to maintain vigilance with internal systems for unusual activity.
  • Provides timely processing of customer funding and withdrawal requests.

What you'll bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and think critically.
  • 1+ years(s) in a customer service position, preferably within the tech space.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Patient, detailoriented, passionate about customer service, innovative and a bonus if informed about/interested in the digital currency market.
  • Proven ability to manage details and adapt to changes in a fastpaced environment, and knows how to deliver
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, Overnight (12:00 am to 8:00 am)
  • The first 60 days will be training with team members during weekdays and normal work hours.
