Job Description:


The Infrastructure Manager will oversee a team of network and system administrators to develop, configure, maintain, support and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software and communication links.

The infrastructure manager will oversee, schedule and direct 2 mains activities:

Operations and transformation and work closely with stakeholders (PMO, DevTeam, CyberSecurity Team, User Service Desk team) to ensure success of both activities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of IT & Cybersecurity, the Infrastructure Manager will:

  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Solution Architect to design and implement short
- and long-term strategic plans to make certain infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements, aligned with market best practices.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for Infrastructure teams and appropriate use.
  • Establish best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain Infrastructure asset management and documentation, put in place maintenance schedule for every asset.
  • Establish, optimize and report service level agreements with end users.
  • Manage capacity and planning of the team with Scrum Masters and Project Managers
  • Proactive work on licence renewal and contract management
  • Manage and ensure optimal operation of all Infrastructure and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs etc.
  • Manage team objectives, training plan, and career development.
  • Report regularly and proactively to the Senior Director and maintain key business performance indicators.

Qualifications:


  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Certification in relevant domain (Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Azure).
  • At least 10 years experience supporting enterprisewide Infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Extensive experience with developing teams and ensure operation efficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards.
  • Proven experience of system flow charts, traffic flow, data processing concepts and general network management best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and directed, with keep attention to detail.
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a highpressure environment.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
