Description

Our company has been in business since 1994 and are looking to expand our sales staff.

The staff is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to Motorcycle, Marine, ORV & Snowmobile sales by performing the following duties:

Greeting customers on the sales floor and performing a vehicle needs analysis.
Answering/retuning calls in a timely and appropriate manner.
Maintaining a database of leads, potential customers and closed/completed deals.
Explaining features and demonstrates operation of vehicle.
Ability to negotiate sale and requirements for financing units.
Visually inspect inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory.
Completing all paperwork and arranging for customer pick up.
Familiarizing the customer with vehicle with a step by step walk through of the unit.
Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
Keeping a working knowledge of competitor products and market conditions.

The position is a full time, permanent position.
