You will perform maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical/mechanical equipment associated with a high voltage terminal station environment.

You will also perform rigging, sandblasting and painting functions and perform general up-keep and cleaning of station buildings and grounds.

You are required to operate boom truck and aerial equipment and work from aerial equipment and structures at heights up to 30m.


You are responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the company's Safety and Health Program and responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.


You have graduated high school and successfully completed a nine month pre-employment course in the electrical or mechanical field and have two years related work experience in an industrial/utility environment.

You shall have a thorough knowledge of all regulations and safety rules and must possess an appropriate valid driver's license (class 3 with air brake endorsement).

Completion of training in WHIMS, Emergency First Aid, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Environmental Awareness, Confined Space Entry and Fall Arrest Awareness would be an asset.
