Who You Are:

- possess 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor on a restaurant, retail, commercial and industrial new building construction and site development.
- don't mind swinging a hammer or working the drill.
- maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- prepare schedules, work progress, production and other reports
- conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
- coordinate trades and materials scheduling with PM
- monitor progress on site, maintain constant contact with PM to keep schedule on track
- track & resolve deficiencies in a timely manner which may require perform handyman services to ensure minor repairs and deficiencies are resolved
- take responsibility for your success and failure.
