Le gestionnaire de compte est responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la relation avec Empire Canada (Sobeys).

En tant que membre de l'équipe des ventes au détail, vous serez une ressource clé pour garantir la réalisation des objectifs de volume, de ventes et de rentabilité.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provides leadership and direction for the development and implementation of programs, systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborates with country EHS leadership to support directives, strategies and shares best practices while ensuring that solutions are consistent with companies' values and objectives.
  • Interacts with regulatory bodies to resolve any compliance issues and recommendations.
  • Identifies potential or actual areas of noncompliance through audits and inspections.
  • Establishes and maintains joint health and safety committees, emergency committees, etc
  • Reporting to the National Director Health and Safety while assisting in the roll out of corporate initiatives, new safety training programs, procedures.
  • Assists and leads in the reduction of Health and Safety risks and hazards through continuous improvement projects
  • Supports Operations in all Safety related functions, including, but not limited to: On Boarding, Work Refusals, Return to Work, Safety Talks and Messages, Recognition, Data Analysis, Coaching, Equipment Processes and Modifications, Participate in Meetings.
  • Develops tools for identifying workplace hazards; develops plantwide systems that support hazard recognition; develops an effective JHA, manages the JHA based program as a key component of the occupational safety and health management systems; enables plant to move from basic compliance to a proactive safety management system.
  • In conjunction with HR, designs and delivers training programs for workers, management and Safety Committee members to comply with legislative requirements and improve Health, Safety, Emergency and Security.
  • Responds to all serious incidents to ensure that proper investigation, reporting and follow up is completed.
  • Works with HR/OSI to ensure early and safety return to work for all employees as per CNSST
  • Ensures appropriate records and documentation are kept
  • Coaches all functional areas on addressing safety issues and how to address them
  • Provides leadership to the JHSC, participating as a Management Representatives
  • Reviews and follows up with supervisors to ensure timeliness, appropriateness of incident follow through on corrective action and root cause analysis
  • Ensures that personal protective equipment is provided and being utilized, and all applicable record keeping is up to date

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION a

  • 5 + years experience progressive experience in H&S roles
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • CRSP designation, preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar work environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Quebec H&S legislation
  • Proven ability to build relationships and gain buyin from stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Previous experience conducting Job Hazard Analysis
