Our Assistant Front Office Manager is a key component of making sure the Front Desk is running smoothly each and every day.
- Someone who is computer and tech savvy there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved in this role.
- Experience with our property management system Opera would be advantageous.
- Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience; so you can hit the ground running.
- A "go getter" who's not afraid to be hands on. If you're looking for a relaxed Monday
- Friday office job... this isn't it Working weekends and even the odd evening is to be expected in this role.
- Someone who isn't afraid to resolve a complaint here or there.
Of course there's a plethora of other administrative items and the typical day-to-day operations which you'll be responsible for, but those are pretty hard to sum up in a job ad.
