Our Assistant Front Office Manager is a key component of making sure the Front Desk is running smoothly each and every day.


  • Someone who is computer and tech savvy there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved in this role.
  • Experience with our property management system Opera would be advantageous.
  • Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience; so you can hit the ground running.
  • A "go getter" who's not afraid to be hands on. If you're looking for a relaxed Monday
  • Friday office job... this isn't it Working weekends and even the odd evening is to be expected in this role.
  • Someone who isn't afraid to resolve a complaint here or there.


Of course there's a plethora of other administrative items and the typical day-to-day operations which you'll be responsible for, but those are pretty hard to sum up in a job ad.

If you thrive on multitasking, have an "I got this" attitude, are willing to go above + beyond, and fastidiousness could be your middle name, you just might be the glass slipper that's a perfect fit for this Cinderella (yes, we just made that comparison in a job ad. We like to have fun around here when we can)
