Description

As a Sales Associate at Sun Glow, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the housing market.

Leveraging your existing network and experience, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge products/services to developers and contractors.

Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be crucial in driving revenue growth and establishing Sun Glow as the go-to provider in this sector.


Shift: 8.30am-5.00pm (Monday to Friday) -
ONSITE

Location:
Eglinton and Viktoria Park


Key Responsibilities:


Market Penetration:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the condominium and developer market, focusing on pre-construction and existing projects.


Relationship Building:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and property management firms within the industry.


Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.


Sales Presentations:

Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings, addressing the specific needs of each client.


Customized Solutions:

Collaborate with the product development and support teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of clients in the condo and developer market.


Sales Strategy:
Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats.


Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
  • Already representing other noncompetitive product lines is an asset.
  • Established contacts and a strong network within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing
