Job Summary
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. Heavy machinery may be utilized to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers, package cars, air containers and aircraft.
Drives equipment safely.
Shift schedule: Mon to Fri starting at 3:30 PM. Must be available to work 35 hours depending on volume. Hours will vary based on operational needs. Must be available to work all 5 days Mon-Fri.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Ability to read and memorize postal codes.
Availability to work flexible shirt hours, 5 days per week.
Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
Must have a class 5 driver's license and be able to maintain a clean driver's abstract.
Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) from the Airport Authority.
Ability to obtain an airside vehicle operator's permit (AVOP).
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
