Job Description:

As a procurement manager, you play a vital role in the purchase of goods or services.

Although you may make other purchases, most of your work involves purchasing product licenses and services from the company or contractors that GSoft needs to operate.

GSoft uses approximately 275 licensed software products that must be renewed, upgraded, replaced or revoked on time. Each month, GSoft enters into about 20 contracts with different companies, contractors or freelancers.

You will negotiate purchasing contracts on behalf of internal stakeholders to meet business needs and ensure compliance with internal policies.

You will also ensure that the purchasing processes for all goods and services are efficient and adhered to purchase in a timely and cost-effective manner according to business needs and policies.

As a Procurement Manager at GSoft, you will:

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Review and assess internal processes around purchasing, identify opportunities and initiate projects for improvements.
Ensure a complete and uptodate inventory of products and services the organization uses by maintaining the data quality, monitoring and auditing the inventory.
Maintain healthy, reliable, and positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Support the implementation of companywide policies related to purchasing decisions and ensure they are followed.
Perform quantitative (such as data exploration and costbenefit analyses) and qualitative analysis to present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Approve, organize and process all purchaserelated documents such as contracts, master services agreements (MSA), nondisclosure agreements (NDA), scopes of work (SOW) and invoices following internal policies.

What does your future team look like?

As a member of the finance team, you will be joining a dynamic group of 10 professionals who have at heart the team's success and the development of each member.

As the person in charge of the procurement process, you will collaborate with IT, security and legal departments to ensure internal policies are respected.

You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to empower them to make informed purchasing decisions by providing them with the necessary tools, guidance, and support.

As a procurement manager, the main challenges include developing, improving and streamlining processes to align with the company's growth trajectory while ensuring the procurement activities are efficient and compliant.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Excellent understanding of business policies and processes;
Demonstrates thoroughness, organization and selfdirection;
Ability to adjust and thrive in changing environments;
Proactive and resultsdriven mindset;
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
