Job Title
2023 Summer Student - Pension & Benefits

  • Contribute to shaping the overall financial wellness strategy at RBC
  • Analyze key performance indicators and maintain reporting for pension and financial wellness campaigns
  • Assist with pension governance requirements (i.e, preparation of regulatory filings)
  • Support Managers with relationships with third party vendors, including invoice processing and third party risk management reviews
  • Support with ad hoc projects and initiatives across pension, benefits, and wellness

Must-have

  • Innovative thinker who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Selfdriven and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (nonverbal and verbal)
  • Ability to digest new information and data, and structure thought into clear, insightful messages
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with financial wellbeing initiatives
  • Knowledge of pensions or benefits landscape in Canada, including knowledge of regulatory requirements

Job Summary
RBC is hiring for an exciting Co-op Student, Pension & Benefits position.

In this role you will collaborate with several RBC partners and stakeholders on various pensions and benefits projects, as well as support the development and execution of financial well-being initiatives.
