We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Partnership Coordinator Volunteer to join our team.
As a Partnership Coordinator Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in fostering strategic alliances and building strong relationships with organizations and individuals who align with our mission.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to connect EmpowHERto with partners who can help us amplify our impact and create opportunities for girls to thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Using your creativity and resourcefulness, you'll identify likeminded organizations, corporations, influencers, and individuals within the community and beyond who share our mission and values. You'll engage in meaningful conversations to create mutually beneficial partnerships that support our programs, events, and initiatives.
- You'll nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their continued ongoing support by having regular communication to provide updates on our programs, impact and upcoming opportunities.
- Work with the EmpowHERto team to develop innovative partnership activation plans.
- Coordinate and execute collaborative initiatives, events, and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and impact.
- Lastly, you'll track and measure the effectiveness of partnerships, providing regular reports on partnership outcomes and impact. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing partnership strategies.

Requirements:
- Passion for empowering girls and promoting gender equality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Proven experience in partnership development and management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify unique partnership opportunities.
- Strong analytical and follow up skills
- Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with pop culture, social media, and trends.
- Ability to align with and represent the EmpowHERto mission and values.
