Sales Representative for New Home Sales

Location: Ottawa & West Area

The Sales Representative will handle all sales related activities and ensure a positive client experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong, positive rapport with potential homebuyers
• Respond to all on-line, in person and phone inquiries
• Meet with and discuss options with potential clients
• Demonstrate product and industry knowledge
• Set up all new leads/client in CRM/ERP system
• Create sales agreements and review with clients to ensure a mutual understanding
• Turn over client signed APSs for signature
• Facilitate the client hand off to Design Center
• Responsible for updating and procuring all marketing materials
• Ensure website and marketing material is up to date and accurate
• Coordinate with Management team to ensure accuracy of lots, models, and pricing
• Work with Management team to adjust sales strategy to fit the market and meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Experience in custom service and sales
• A knowledge of the Ottawa area housing market and familiarity of the key industry builders.
• A basic understanding of the residential construction process.
• Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with an office environment, equipment and software.
• Some evening and weekend work required
