Full-time Customer Care Representative for its head office in Acton.

This fast paced hands-on position will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of handling of all customer orders and queries.


HOURS:
Sunday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Sunday hours are flexible)


SUMMARY - Provides the highest level of proactive customer service and support to all Purity Life customers, Brokers and Purity Life Account Representatives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Obtains orders via phone, and ticketing system and enters the orders into the AS400/Webseries
  • Assists customers with all product and sales queries and
  • Handles inbound calls and
  • Performs order maintenance and completes follow up through outbound calls to our
  • Processes any authorized credits for accounts through the AS400/Webseries
  • Provides the highest level of customer service to all Accounts.
  • Builds and maintains customers'
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven successful history in Customer Service
  • Spoken and Written French is an Asset
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Knowledge of an AS400/Webseries system is an asset
  • Microsoft Office skills a must
  • A strong team player
