Here is a little window into our company:ValPay is a leading payment processing company seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, resolving issues, and driving successful implementations.

What your day will look like:

Transaction Monitoring: Enable ValPay customers to focus on scaling their business and monitor the merchant's portfolio for risky or suspicious transactions. Monitor for processing volume threshold aberrations, out-of-range high transaction values, and excessive refunds and chargebacks.

Dispute Resolution: Handle the chargeback dispute resolution process. Work directly with merchants to collect the necessary documentation (consumer consent, authorization of purchase, proof of delivery, etc.) to submit to the acquirer.

Make recommendations to reduce risk, including diversification, portfolio investment and currency exchanges.
Use analytical software to calculate the risk of a decision.
Consult with business decision makers and understand their data needs.
Evaluate business and finance records and determine the level of risk.
Create reports and anticipate the losses of certain business decisions.
