FIVE GUYS Burgers and Fries is looking for a Manager for our Kingston location
We are currently looking for career-oriented, enthusiastic and energetic MANAGER to join our team.

The manager is there to help with the daily operations of the restaurant. They must coach, motivate and lead their team to serve perfect burgers and perfect fries. They ensure that the restaurants are clean and their customers are happy.

Schedule:
Full-time, with open availability (will have to work mornings, mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, Mon.
Fri.)

The manager ensures delivery on guest satisfaction through managing the daily operations of a single restaurant.

They will help manage:

Financial controls,
Operations,
People development,
Guest service and;
Compliance across shifts for desired restaurant outcomes (i.e. increased sales, profitability and employee retention).
