Position Information:


  • This position is temporary until approximately October 12, 2023.

Rotation/Shifts:


  • Days, 8 hour shifts

What you will do:


  • Own the fullcycle recruitment for a highvolume portfolio;
  • Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines by engaging passive talent through traditional and nontraditional channels;
  • Build solid relationships with hiring leaders to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of a valueadded service;
  • Support diversity and inclusion best practices;
  • Drive Recruitment Marketing initiatives including campaigns and social media;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to Talent Acquisition;
  • Influence hiring leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making

What you will bring:


  • A university degree in a discipline related to Human Resources, e.g. business, human resources management, social sciences, etc.;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a complex unionized recruitment setting;
  • Providing support and advice to hiring leaders through the recruitment process;
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate client needs;
  • Strong client service focus with a team oriented approach that makes clients feel as though they are a valued member of the process;
  • Ability to work independently and to be a team contributor;
  • Ability to work as part of a large multifaceted team within a strong unionized context;
  • Ability to think critically and is solution oriented;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

You will stand out with:


  • Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
