About the Role


Amii is at the forefront of AI innovation, and our AI Career Accelerator program is instrumental in cultivating the next generation of AI talent.

As a Product Associate (Operations), you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing this program, focusing on Work-Integrated Learning Opportunities (WILOs) for graduate-level AI talent.


Reporting to the Product Owner, Talent, you'll collaborate closely with team members, WILO Supervisors, program participants, and stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the WILO Program from recruitment to offboarding, overseeing data and reporting infrastructure, supporting program communications, and much more.


Required Skills / Expertise

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage WILO Operations and continuously improve program delivery.
  • Support effective program communications workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement tactics for operational improvement.
  • Maintain data infrastructure and support the creation of dashboards and reports.
  • Utilize technical expertise for data analysis and system enhancements.
  • Administer calendar management, meeting attendance, and event support.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Applications, CRM Tools, etc.
