  • The Project Information Specialist acts as the Project Specialist of automation technology for the project, managing the information technology, automation and information/data management requirements for the project team. This position works in conjunction with lead Project Information Manager (PIM).
  • Collect data and information requested by the lead Project Information Manager (PIM)
  • Assist in the implementation of remote collaboration tools and procedures to support multioffice design reviews as well as training and collaboration sessions
  • Assist in the implementation of client or joint venture mandated systems or processes which includes planning, setup, and configuration
  • Assist implementation of Fluor environment for Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and coordinate with EDMS Project Application Specialist (PAS)
  • Assist in coordinating the project training programs identified by the PIM
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years to three (3) of workrelated experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if nondegreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a timeconscious and timeeffective manner
  • Strong communication and presentation skills essential

Other Job Requirements

  • Document and collaborate on system support and coordination
  • Perform asset management for project/client assets
  • Perform data management and quality activities for client turnover
