The Project Information Specialist acts as the Project Specialist of automation technology for the project, managing the information technology, automation and information/data management requirements for the project team. This position works in conjunction with lead Project Information Manager (PIM).
Collect data and information requested by the lead Project Information Manager (PIM)
Assist in the implementation of remote collaboration tools and procedures to support multioffice design reviews as well as training and collaboration sessions
Assist in the implementation of client or joint venture mandated systems or processes which includes planning, setup, and configuration
Assist implementation of Fluor environment for Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and coordinate with EDMS Project Application Specialist (PAS)
Assist in coordinating the project training programs identified by the PIM
Other duties as assigned
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements

Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years to three (3) of workrelated experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if nondegreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to attend to detail and work in a timeconscious and timeeffective manner
Strong communication and presentation skills essential

Other Job Requirements

Document and collaborate on system support and coordination
Perform asset management for project/client assets
Perform data management and quality activities for client turnover
