Our Banking client in
Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a
Project Coordinator for a
12-months contract role with possibility of Extension.
What you will be doing
- Support Project Managers
- Coordinate between teams.
- Follow up on managing projects.
- Providing project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed
- Participate in meetings with clients and task members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs.
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time, and filing expense reports.
What you will need to succeed
Must Have Skills:
- 2 years of previous experience as a Project Coordinator or related field.
- Experience with Excel & MS Office.
Nice to have skills:
- Previous experience with regulatory & business projects.
- Previous experience in the financial industry.
