NIXA is currently seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team for its Montreal headquarters.

The primary responsibility is to generate revenue by selling Nixa IT products, services, or solutions to clients. They respond to specific requests from clients regarding their projects and needs, and generate sales revenue.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities and follow up on leads to close deals
  • Develop strategies to find new accounts to reach sales targets and execute sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Targeting customer needs, upselling, and seizing opportunities
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies
  • Building lists of potential clients (Prospects) in different markets
  • Engage in networking activities. Building and maintaining positive business relationships
  • Generate leads, opportunities, and convert them into transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to clients and their projets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to demonstrate product and service offerings
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Represent and promote the company and its services;
  • Ensure that the contractual agreements are followed up on and the followup of customer payments according to contractual agreements
  • Establish the annual revenue projection for accounts and respect the annual revenue projections for new accounts

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT industry
  • Knowledge and interests in technology, web development, etc
  • Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Great customer service skills (essential)
  • Great skills in negotiation, persistence, and resilience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
  • Dynamic, determined, and excellent work ethic
  • Bilingual: ability to communicate well in English and French (speaking and written)
  • Be available on occasion (evenings and weekends) to participate in networking activities;
  • Valid passport with travel rights to the United States and valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

La responsabilité principale est de générer des revenus en vendant les produits, services ou solutions informatiques de Nixa aux clients.

Ils répondent à des demandes spécifiques des clients concernant leurs projets et leurs besoins, et génèrent des revenus de vente.


Tâches et Responsabilités:


  • Créer et entretenir des relations solides avec de nouveaux clients.
  • Identifier et maximiser les opportunités de vente et suivre les pistes pour conclure des transactions.
  • Développer des stratégies pour trouver de nouveaux comptes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et exécuter un plan de vente pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Cibler les besoins des clients, faire de la vente additionnelle et saisir les opportunités.
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente B2B.
- Établir des listes de clients potentiels (prospects) dans différents marchés.

  • Participer à des activités de réseautage. Créer et maintenir des relations d'affaires positives.
  • Générer des pistes, des opportunités et les convertir en transactions.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une livraison rapide et efficace des produits et services aux clients et à leurs projets.
  • Préparer et livrer des présentations aux clients pour démontrer les offres de produits et de services.
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie, des concurrents et des conditions du marché.
  • Tenir des registres précis des activités de vente et des interactions avec les clients.
