Area of Interest: Advisory services, Call centresAs a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, you'll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages.
Your compensation
The salary starts at $23.50/hour. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.
Your role
- Take calls from clients
- Answer questions related to financing products (personal loans, student loans, lines of credit, mortgage loans)
- Listen to clients' needs and offer personalized solutions
- Refer clients with specialized needs to the correct sector

Learning and development
You'll start with a training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks.
Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone, and you'll be supported by a trainer.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Aptitude for building strong relationships and proactively establishing ties with clients
